Today was one crap up day again c u...
suppose to meet for art prohect but u c..din lols..u know too lazy la
den din organise and i PERFECTLY dun hav the mood
ytd tot was such a perfect day at home
budden last min on wed got a call to say there is extra training
ok..great but ya..we went to this BAZgym to train
mainly on the uneven bar which we totally SARK
lols..but we tried still need the long hand pull over
the front hip circle, kip..
yups this three
budden we did the one frm the high bar to the lower bar
and 4 out of 7 got blister
i was lucky one..i almost hav when i did my last one
i went "bu ke yi le" hahaz
budden mayb tmr will burst la..but hope not
but now i'm having this back pain..i not sure what it is
it's pulling or tightening and it hurts quite alot la..ya
budden it's ok not to those extent tt i will die man

haven been blogging this month cos of the blog skin
